Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final due to the made-to-order nature of our products. However, we are committed to making things right.

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order so we can evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.

Requests made after 30 days of delivery may not be accepted.


Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, production may have already begun and cancellations will no longer be possible.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
